From checkout to doorstep, your order should feel considered.

We pack Caprishe bags with care and send tracking when it is available. Below is the current shipping guidance for U.S. and international orders.

U.S. shipping

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
$12.95 standard shipping on U.S. orders under $100.
Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days before dispatch.
U.S. standard delivery usually arrives within 5-8 business days after dispatch.

International shipping

International shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your destination. Delivery timing may change because of customs, local carriers, or regional holidays.

Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the customer unless they are clearly included at checkout.

Shipping questions

Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when it is available. If you cannot find it, email us with your order number.

Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed yet, we will do our best to help. Once a package has shipped, the carrier may not allow address changes.

Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after a label is created. If it has been several business days with no movement, contact us and we will take a closer look.

If a package is returned because of an incomplete address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts, contact us. Additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.
