Caprishe Shipping Policy

At Caprishe, we are dedicated to ensuring that your elegant new bag reaches you as quickly and securely as possible, no matter where you are. We partner with reliable global carriers to provide a seamless delivery experience.

1. Our Shipping Commitment

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

We ship to most major international destinations. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please Note:

  • These are estimated delivery times. External factors such as customs clearance, severe weather, or carrier delays may affect actual delivery.
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. Caprishe is not responsible for these additional charges.

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): All our shipments are sent on a DDU basis. This means the recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes.
  • Payment: Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, Caprishe will deduct the return shipping cost and any associated fees from your refund.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges before placing your order.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your Caprishe bag is on its way, we will send you an email with a unique tracking number. You can track your order using the following methods:

  1. Our Tracking Page: Click on the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Carrier Website: Visit the carrier's official website (e.g., DHL, FedEx, YunExpress) and enter your tracking number.
  3. Your Account: If you created an account, you can find the tracking number in your order history.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the initial tracking information to update.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Caprishe is responsible for your package until it is successfully delivered to the shipping address you provided.

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged box and product immediately and contact our customer care team within 48 hours at hello@caprishe.com. We will prioritize a replacement or refund.
  • Lost in Transit: If your package is significantly delayed or marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first, then reach out to us. We will assist in a search for the package, and if it cannot be found, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Caprishe is not responsible for packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned for this reason, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

7. Special Situations

For some remote areas, shipping times might be longer than estimated, or we may not be able to offer express shipping. If your location has specific requirements or you need expedited delivery, please contact us before ordering.

Don't panic! Sometimes carriers mark a package as "Delivered" a few hours or even a day before it actually arrives. In the meantime, please check with your neighbors, doorman, or any other safe place around your property where the package might have been left. If you still cannot find it after2 business days, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us at hello@caprishe.com. We will assist in opening a claim and resolving the issue.
