Here are the questions customers usually ask before choosing a Caprishe bag: shipping, returns, product details, care, and getting in touch.

Orders & Shipping

U.S. standard shipping is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for $12.95.

Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. U.S. standard delivery usually arrives within 5-8 business days after dispatch.

Yes. International shipping options, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your destination. Customs duties and local taxes may apply.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when it is available. If you need help, email hello@caprishe.com with your order number.

Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed, we will do our best to help. Once an order ships, it cannot usually be changed or canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, clean, and in original condition with packaging and tags when applicable.

Email hello@caprishe.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, the item you want to return, and the reason for your request.

For preference-based returns, such as color choice or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos so we can review it.

After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to post it.

Product & Care

Think about the way you move through the day. A tote works well for work and laptop days, a crossbody keeps errands hands-free, and a backpack gives more balanced carry for commuting or travel.

Dimensions are listed on each product page. We recommend checking the measurements against a bag you already own if you are deciding between silhouettes.

Care depends on the material. In general, spot clean gently with a soft cloth, avoid harsh chemicals, and let the bag air dry away from direct heat.

We try to show colors as accurately as possible, but screen settings and lighting can make shades look slightly different. Product and lifestyle images are meant to help you see both the color and how the bag feels in use.
